Self-hosted first

SyncNo is a self-hosted product. Your Syncro MSP data is synchronised from your Syncro instance into a local SQLite database running on infrastructure you control. SyncNo Inc. does not receive, store, or process your Syncro data.

What we collect

• Account information — email address and company name, collected at signup and via your Azure AD login.
• Billing information — processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Support and contact submissions — name, email, and the contents of messages you send us via this site.
• Telemetry — aggregated, anonymised usage counters (sync runs, entity counts). No PII.

Website analytics

This marketing site uses a privacy-friendly beacon to understand traffic. Each page load records the path visited, the time, the visitor's country (resolved offline from IP), and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses, do not use tracking cookies, and do not send this data to any third party.

How we use it

To bill you, respond to your support requests, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your information.

Sub-processors

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Microsoft Azure AD — administrator authentication.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@syncno.net.
