1. Overview

SyncNo Inc. ("SyncNo") licenses its software to you under the terms below. By subscribing to or using SyncNo, you agree to these terms.

2. License

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and operate SyncNo within a single company, for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, host for third parties, or reverse-compile the software.

3. Pricing and billing

SyncNo is free to self-host under the source-available licence. If you elect managed hosting, subscription fees are billed in advance, per company, at the rates published on the pricing page. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata for the unused full months remaining. Self-hosted deployments are not subject to subscription fees.

4. Self-hosted responsibility

SyncNo is self-hosted. You are responsible for the security, backups, and access controls of your deployment and the underlying Syncro credentials. SyncNo is not liable for data loss arising from your infrastructure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SyncNo to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or attempt to access Syncro APIs beyond the scope permitted by your Syncro subscription.

6. Warranty

SyncNo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We warrant only that the software will perform substantially as described in its documentation.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncNo's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
