Pricing FAQ
Do I need to enter a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is fully functional with no card on file. We'll email you a setup link and you have 14 days to evaluate. After 14 days the instance is suspended unless you subscribe.
What happens to my trial data if I subscribe?
Everything carries over. Subscribing adds a card and converts your subscription from trialing to active. Your instance, data, and settings stay put.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — managed subscriptions are month-to-month or year-to-year with no long-term contract. Cancel from the customer portal and we'll stop billing at the end of the current period.
Why $10/month?
It covers our infrastructure + a small margin while keeping the price low enough that small MSPs can use SyncNo without thinking twice. The annual plan saves ~17%.
Do you offer a self-hosted support contract?
Not yet. Self-hosted is community-supported via GitHub. If you need commercial support for self-hosted, contact us — we're working on a tier for that.
